Mrs. Barbara was THE BEST neighbor a person could ever hope for. We shared many conversations while Mr. Roy and Wesley were on business trips. We were there for each other-silently on guard in case one of us needed the other. I will always treasure her friendship, her sweet smile and soft voice that always encouraged me when I was struggling with one thing or another. She and Mr. Roy were such blessings in my life. We shared meals at each others' homes and we borrowed items we each needed from one another. I miss those days and the activities we shared. To the grandchildren, you have to know you were her little lights that lit her world when you came along. She was so happy when she told me of your antics! Our hearts are with all you sweet "boys" that Ms. Barbara talked about constantly and loved so much. You are a tribute to your parents' lives. My only consolation is that Mrs. Barbara is whole again and that she and Mr. Roy were both such strong Christians that we can have the assurance of a happy reunion one day!
