Ms. Carolyn Lee Corley Cook, age 80, of Jackson, Georgia passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Westbury Medical Care Home.
Carolyn was born on Thursday, December 5, 1940 in Jackson, Georgia to the late Arthur Jack Lofton and the late Stella Parker Lofton. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lewis Corley; brother, Frank Lofton; and sister-in-law, Clarice Lofton. She worked as a seamstress for American Mills and enjoyed fishing. Carolyn loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Carolyn is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Jerry Mathis, Dale and Darrin Hayes; grandchildren, Devan Hayes, Dustin Hayes, Mathew Hayes, Alec Hayes, Daniel Mathis, Natalee Mathis; great-grandchildren, Emma Hayes, Allie Hayes, Stella Hayes, Abigail Hayes, Finleigh Hayes, Sterling Hayes, Lettie Ann Hayes, Lydia Hayes; two nieces and one nephew.
A graveside service for Ms. Carolyn Corley Cook will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Monroe Memorial Gardens with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating.
