Mr. Richard Lee Brass, age 74, of Flovilla, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
Ricky was born on Tuesday, September 16, 1947, in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Cecil Edward Brass and Claudia M. Nicely Dickenson. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Norman Lee Dickenson; sister, Claudia Brass, nephew, Norman E. Schroeder. Ricky loved watching football, especially Marshall University, and Elvis Presley. He really liked to be around the ladies.
Ricky is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Melinda Dickenson, Roger and Della Dickenson; sisters, Ruth Lewis, Lou Ann Montgomery, Dawn Schroeder, niece; Rina Smoot along with several other nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Mr. Ricky Brass will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Richard Lee Brass by visiting his tribute page and sign the online guest registry at www.sherrell-westburyfuneralhome.com.
