I’m so saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. Bill was a kind and thoughtful friend and neighbor at the Rodman Apartments and we enjoyed many great visits. I especially enjoyed hearing about his time in Washington, DC over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with Bill’s family at this time.

Our condolences to Bill's extended family of relatives and friends at this sad time. My family and I remember Bill fondly as a kind neighbor for many years at the Rodman apt. building. Our daughter loved visiting his canaries when she was little (and we are now caring for Bill's last feathered friend, which is a lovely way to think of him daily).

Mr. Bill was such a wonderful man. I got the pleasure of being his neighbor in Cleveland Park. I loved getting to visit with him and hearing all about his family. He will be missed dearly and remembered fondly.
