Obituary of Marian Elizabeth Hirsch
Marian Elizabeth Hirsch, age 94 of High Falls, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Marian was born Thursday, July 13, 1929, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Marian loved the Lord and enjoyed going to church and listening to Southern Gospel Music. She loved dolls and enjoyed collecting them and had an extensive collection. She always took good care of her husband and family. She adored children and her greatest joy in life was to babysit and visit her great grandchildren. She always enjoyed painting their fingernails and toenails when she would go to visit and playing with her grandbabies. Her proudest accomplishments were her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, which she taught to love the Lord. She was a giver and would go out of her way to help someone who needed her. Her desire was to be remembered as someone who was always there when she was needed to help in any way possible.
Marian is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, LaVern Hirsch; her son, Richard Lyle (Melba), daughter, Kathy Lyle, daughter, Deann Oliver (Kimble), son, Thomas Hirsch (Hope), daughter, Rhonda LaTourette (Mike), and Daughter-in-Law, Diane Lyle.
