Obituary of William Larry French
Mr. William Larry French, Jr., age 54, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 at his residence.
William was born Thursday, May 15, 1969 in Decatur, Georgia to Mr. William Larry French, Sr. and Mrs. Margaret Elaine Billings Dunn. He was preceded in death by sister, Renee Johnson. William enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time at the lake. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He worked as a real estate agent for Benham Real Estate Group and was a faithful member of Rock Springs Church.
William is survived by his wife of 29 years, Annie French; daughters and sons-in-law, Candace & Ryan Woodall, Kaitlyn & Justin Melton, Celina & Jordan Myers; grandchildren, Lucas, Amelia, Bryce, Magnolia, Jordan, Willow & Leighton; mother and step-father, Elaine & George Dunn; father and step-mother, Larry & Paula French; sisters, Merideth McCullough, Toni Dunn; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike & Dana Dunn, Denny & Courtney Dunn; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services for Mr. William French will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 5, 2024 at Rock Springs Church with Dr. Benny Tate officiating. Interment will follow in the Jackson City Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday evening (January 3, 2024) from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
