Gary Lynn Donham, age 58, of Jackson, GA, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Sylvan Grove Hospital. He was born on February 24, 1956 in Indianapolis, IN to the late David Reed Donham and the late Ruth Estelle Reynolds Donham.
Gary was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a flight simulator technician for Delta Airlines. Gary was very proud that he had obtained his private pilot’s license. Gary was an avid fisherman and was a very good mechanic. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Gary is survived by his wife of 38 years, Mary Donham; children and their spouses, Jason and Tracey Donham of Buford, GA, Justin and Kathy Donham of Hampton, GA, Stacy and James Tyndell of Stockbridge, GA; 12 grandchildren, Emma, Becca, Joshua, Nathan, Micah, Layla, Sophie, Christopher, Caleb, Elizabeth, Olivia, and Abigail.
Memorial services for Gary Donham will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the Fellowship of the Cross with Pastor Jim Myers officiating. Following the memorial service, the family will receive friends at the Butts County Department of Leisure Services Community Center, Room E, 576 Ernest Biles Drive, Jackson, GA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to World Serve Ministries, 5795 Genesis Court, Frisco, TX 75034 in memory of Gary.
