Obituary of Charles Saylors

Mr. Charles Rocky Saylors, age 61, of Jackson, GA, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2014 at Sylvan Grove Hospital. Mr. Saylors was born on Sunday, September 20, 1953 in Villa Rica, Georgia to the late Earnest Douglas Saylors and the late Mary Key Saylors. Rocky was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He worked at Operational Security Systems in Atlanta. He enjoyed watching the Atlanta Falcons, Georgia Bulldogs and the History Channel. He enjoyed playing golf. Rocky was of the Baptist faith. Rocky is survived by fiancé, Pam Yasinski; his daughters and son-in-law, Candi and Ryan Swett, and Alicia Gladden; grandchildren, Charlie Swett, Saylor Swett and Zoe Gladden; mother of his children, Diane Saylors; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mr. Charles Rocky Saylors will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Reverend Keith Harris officiating. Interment will be at 2:00 P.M. at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica, Georgia. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
