Life Legacy
Mrs. Elizabeth Ellen “Liz” Bizoe, age 76, of Griffin, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Henry Piedmont Hospital. Liz was born on Monday, November 14, 1938 in Durand, Michigan to the late Harry Harder and the late Olive Randolph Harder. Liz graduated from Michigan State University and was a retired foreign language teacher in the Spalding and Henry County School Systems. She was a gifted musician and artist and enjoyed cooking and gardening. Liz was very proud of her family and especially loved each of her grandchildren.
Liz is survived by her children and their spouses, Jacqui and Joe Bott, Kate and Howard Harris, Derek and Tracie Vander Ven; grandchildren, Kayleigh and her husband Kyle, Abbey, Liam, Aidan, Isaac, Emma, Leah, Becca, Adrianna, and Caleb; sister, Jane Haywood; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kirk and Susan Harder, Clark and Linda Harder; several nieces and nephews.
It was Liz’s wish to be cremated and no formal service will be held.
