Obituary of Constance Bennett Jones

Mrs. Constance Bennett Jones, age 79, of Flovilla, GA, passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 at Sylvan Grove Hospital. Mrs. Jones was born on Wednesday, February 26, 1936 in the Pepperton Community of Butts County to the late Marvin Pond Bennett and the late Evie Lee Sperlin Bennett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Murry Luther Jones. Constance loved music, especially Gospel music and enjoyed singing and playing the guitar. She was a member of Flovilla Baptist Church. Mrs. Jones is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Murry Todd and Tamie Jones, Talbot Keith Jones and Meagan Murphy; grandchildren, Stephanie and Kevin Presley, Kendra Lyn Jones, Kenneth Luke Jones, Brandy Austin; great-grandchildren, Savannah Austin, Keaton Presley, Corbin Presley; sister, Helen Cook; niece, Cindy Cook Bittinger. Funeral services for Mrs. Constance Bennett Jones will be conducted on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Rudy L. Mangham officiating. Interment will follow in Flovilla South Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
