Mrs. Caroline Elaine Campbell Bartlett, age 69, of Bristol, FL, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. She was born on Thursday, May 16, 1946 in Jonesboro, GA to the late Frank Campbell and the late Allie Ruth Singleton Campbell. Caroline is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Vernon Bartlett, Jr., and brothers, Larry Campbell, Eddie Campbell, Tiny Campbell, and Ricky Campbell. She was a long-time waitress for Shoney’s and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Caroline is survived by her children, Tanya Bartlett, Vernon, III and Glenda Bartlett, Deborah and Michael Wheeler; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; sisters and brother-in-law, Gail Godfrey, Margaret Danley, Linda and David Keith; brother, Ray Campbell; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Caroline Bartlett will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Reverend Ray Hill and Vernon Bartlett, IV officiating. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in College Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening.
